Joey Soehardjojo wins LERA ‘Best Essay’ award

Wales DTP postdoctoral fellow Joey Soehardjojo has won the Thomas A. Kochran and Stephen R. Selight ‘Best Dissertation’ Award from the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA).

Joey took up his fellowship, based at Cardiff University’s Business School, after completing his PhD as Warwick Business School. His thesis is Knowledge and HRM Practice Transfer in Emerging Economies: The Case of Japanese Joint Ventures in Indonesia. Joey will receive the award at LERA’s 72nd Annual Meeting on Sunday 14 June 2020 in Portland, Oregon.
