Interdisciplinarity: Challenges, Critiques and Opportunities

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Wednesday 9 December 2020

This theme of this year’s Wales DTP Capabilities and Careers Conference programme is ‘Interdisciplinarity: Challenges, Critiques and Opportunities’. The conference will take place online and includes materials for you to complete at your own pace as well as ‘live’ sessions involving questions and answers with speakers, roundtables, and small group discussions.

The Conference is free of charge and is open to all ESRC Wales DTP students.  Part One of the conference examines what interdisciplinarity is and the importance of it.  Part Two focuses on how you can make your own research interdisciplinary.  It includes two live online sessions, the first of which is a Q&A session which takes place 4-5pm on 9 December. The second is an opportunity for group work and takes place 4-5pm on 16 December.

Participants are expected to complete the full programme and attend both live events.

Full details are available in the Conference programme.
