The Wales DTP is pleased to offer an internship opportunity with Amgueddfa Cymru – National Museum Wales, working on a project looking at Participatory Action Research and its application to the Museums and Heritage sector to support proposal development.

The internship is open to any ESRC Wales DTP funded student (except those within 3 months of the start or end of their studentship).  It is anticipated that the internship will be conducted remotely, commencing in Spring 2022 for a period of 3 months full-time or the part-time equivalent.

The internship will offer the chance to gain experience of community based participatory research processes, develop an understanding of how participatory action research can be applied in the museums and heritage sector, work with a diverse range of stakeholders and gain experience of developing a large scale multi-partner research proposal.
